If it feels like you're wearing grey-coloured glasses and things seem heavy and monochrome (and not in a good way), slow down and focus inward for a while - rather than resorting to distractions (endless scrolling, retail therapy...) that might feel good in the moment but don't move you forward. 

We'll use breath, music, and presence to bring your system back into balance. Settle into stillness and reconnect with the strength that comes from rest and moving through the grey rather than trying to avoid it.
