In 2024, the ABC’s annual charity appeal, ABC Gives, raised over $2.1 million for those most in need in the lead up to the festive season. 

ABC Radio teams across the country partnered with local charities raising over $1.6m for those who need it most in the lead up to the festive season.

triple j teamed up with headspace for the Hottest 100 of 2023, raising $548,960 to help them provide more early intervention mental health services.

Funds raised from the campaign will go toward helping musicians, managers, crew, and music workers through crisis relief support, mental health and wellbeing programs.

The severe hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa is reaching catastrophic levels.

A powerful earthquake has rocked large areas of Türkiye (Turkey) and neighbouring Syria. Thousands of buildings have been reduced to rubble while rescue workers search desperately for survivors. 

Devastating floods have affected one-third of Pakistan, leaving nearly 500,000 people without homes and many lives lost. International aid efforts are now entering the area to assist the government and volunteers to help support those impacted.
